Returns

To initiate a return, kindly get in touch with our customer service team at support@accorax.com and provide your order number or the name of the original purchaser.

To request a refund, you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost for returning the item to our location. Please ensure that all components of the original packaging are included in the return, as a refund cannot be issued if any product is missing.

Do you offer returns?

Please be advised that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. It is important to note that Accorax retains the right to reject any returns.

In the unlikely event the product you received is not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the package. We will only send replacements for damaged or missing products in such cases.

Customer must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip to support@accorax.com

Our current policy allows customers to cancel any unshipped orders at any time for a full refund. To cancel an unshipped order, please send an email to support@accorax.com for assistance.

Tracking number confirms delivered, but you haven’t received it? 

If the tracking number confirms delivery to the address provided on the order, we will not be able to replace the order or issue a refund. To avoid any unforeseen situations, we highly recommend adding shipping protection to your order.

Can I get a refund?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will send a replacement. Please contact us at support@accorax.com within 30 days of the purchase date, and include your order number in the email subject line (order number starts with “#AX8898”), along with photo documentation of any reported damage or defect. We will take care of the rest.

Can I return a final sale item?

Items marked final sale at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

How long does it take to process a refund?

You will receive an email confirming your refund or will be contacted by one of our Customer Care representatives within 48 hours after we receive your email. 

Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment, either to your credit card company or bank, and may take up to 10 business days to process. Please contact your financial institution for the status of your refund, as it may take some time before it is officially posted. If after 10 business days you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@accorax.com
