    How can I check the status of my order?

Please note that we use different carriers for domestic and international orders. You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

    Does Accorax pay for international duties and taxes?

    Some countries may require payment of duties and taxes upon delivery, You can see more info at checkout. while for countries such as Australia, Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom & United States, duties and taxes will be paid during checkout.

    What happens if I order something and it is out of stock?

    We will initiate a refund for the value of the item and contact you within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank's processing times, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

    I entered the wrong address. What do I do?

    Please contact support@accorax.com right away if you need to change the shipping address for your order. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to make the change for you. If your order is undeliverable or returned to us due to inaccurate shipping information, we will refund your order once it has been received by us. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are non-refundable. For additional assistance, please reach out to our customer care team.

    There is a problem with my shipment. What do I do?

    We recommend purchasing shipping protection insurance at checkout to guarantee a full refund in case your shipment is delayed by the carrier. It's important to contact your carrier directly if you need to provide specific instructions for delivery. Note that if your carrier needs to update your address, an extra fee may apply, and Accorax will not cover it. To avoid such charges, you can request the carrier to hold the shipment at a nearby location for you to pick up.

    My order never arrived/lost or stolen shipments

    To ensure you receive a full refund in case your order is lost or stolen, we recommend purchasing shipping protection insurance during checkout. Please be aware that Accorax cannot be held responsible for any undelivered shipments. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us at support@accorax.com and we will initiate a claim on your behalf.     I like the slim design. You have to make sure you place the phone on correctly but one you get use to it rheee is not a problem.

    iPhone 14 Pro Max does not sit properly, but does charge.

    I'll start with the cons....

    1. the product is so thin that the head of the USB connector is taller which makes it impossible for my iPhone 14 Pro Max to lay flat (see photo), but despite not being flat it was able to charge without issue.
    2. no magsafe magnet means it will slide off if on a moving vessel like a cruise ship, train, plane, etc.

    Now for the pros...

    1. amazingly compact and after charging my iPhone 14 Pro Max & Apple Watch Ultra neither wear hot to the touch.
    2. feels and looks premium with glass like top
    3. rubber feet at the bottom reduces sliding
    4. Although the watch charger does not put out the required 5W for Apple Watch, the 3.5W is a fun 1w higher than everyone else and it makes a big difference. The 2.5W charges do about +8% charge in 45 minutes, this charger does +18%; still not anywhere near the +80% the original Apple charge does, but still usable.

    Bottom line is no MagSafe magnets is a deal breaker for me, but if you can live with the cons mentioned above it's a good value for the dollar.

    Look not as I expected

    Quality is good and it functions perfectly well. I'm just not excited about the look. It is the size of a cell phone and it kind of looks like one.
